If you have spent any time on this site, you will have noticed the pictures. Melinda of Kitchen-Tested has not only a great eye for composition, she is also a fearless cook in the kitchen. So, it made perfect sense for me to bake Checkerboard Cookies with her this week, seeing as they are one of my more labor intensive cookies that turn out rather striking.
